By accessing or using Meta Server ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By using Meta Server, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3. Account Registration
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Permitted Use
Meta Server tools are provided for legitimate purposes only. You may use our tools to:
- Report accounts that violate Instagram's community guidelines
- Reset passwords for accounts you own or have authorization to access
- Look up publicly available profile information
- Download profile pictures from public accounts
5. Prohibited Activities
You must NOT use our services to:
- Harass, stalk, or harm other individuals
- Perform mass abuse or coordinated harassment campaigns
- Attempt to bypass security measures or ad systems
- Use automated scripts or bots to access our services
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Access accounts you do not own or have permission to access
6. Ad System & Token Policy
Free users must watch one advertisement per 24 hours to receive an access token. Attempting to circumvent this system — including using ad blockers, manipulating redirects, or other methods — is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
7. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access without advertisements. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the service did not function as described. To request a refund, contact us at @meta_server.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of Meta Server is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Meta Server is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Instagram's API behavior is outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Meta Server shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any other reason at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration.
